Oftentimes we need help navigating difficult times, to actualize our wholeness and feel peace and balance again. Life offers experiences that can be painful and disorienting. It is my honor to walk with you on your journey of healing and help you develop healthy relationships with yourself and others. I'll meet you exactly where you are, as you are. I offer a space of curiosity and compassion as you empower yourself to take responsibility of your life's direction and practice manifesting how you want to be in the world. The process of change can be filled with fear, but you don't have to go it alone. I come from a person-centered approach and believe you are the expert on your own experiences. 


I specialize in the areas of grief & loss, LGBTQ+ experiences, relationship concerns, trauma, and depression & anxiety. If you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community and need an understanding, loving, and supportive space to land, I am honored to be a resource for you. I love working with people exploring and embodying their non-binary selves, those who are contemplating/in the midst of/have completed any aspect of transitioning, and helping with relationship dynamics that may be specific to the LGBTQ+ community. 


I practice with a trauma-informed care perspective, am a registered yoga teacher with extensive training in yoga therapy, and use holistic modalities to help facilitate change and healing. I believe in helping you access the innate wisdom and healing potential of your mind, body, and energy systems as you move toward embodied well-being. Sometimes we need a touchstone, someone offering consistent and reliable space to help facilitate reacquainting yourself with peace, prosperity, groundedness, and integrity.
